Description

I'll using this character for a few of my comics whenever possible so I thought heck I'll make him an npc app so others could use him too this is Theo part of the Fast Feet Delivery service he speaks with a thick(New York)accent and calls everyone Sir/Ma'am/etc if you ever use him let me know I'd like to see it
